- Possible start: 22.10
- Remote work for candidates living or relocating within 50 km of Lisbon
- Equipment delivered to your home by courier
- Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, 07:00–21:00, rotational shifts ( full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off ), including public holidays
- Fast and fully online recruitment process
- Support customers in Italian via phone, chat and social media
- Help viewers with account, subscription and application-related questions
- Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions
- Base salary: €1,166 gross/month x12 or €1,000 gross/month x14 — you can choose your payment schedule
- Performance bonus: up to €100 gross/month
- Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167.86 net/month, via meal card
Average monthly gross package: €1,166–€1,266 gross/month + meal card
