Perfil:
- Experiência sólida em automação de testes com Gherkin, Robot Framework e Python
- Conhecimento em diferentes stacks tecnológicas, nomeadamente .NET, Outsystems e Mainframe
- Experiência na integração de testes em pipelines CI/CD com Jenkins
- Interesse e aplicação de Inteligência Artificial no contexto de testing e automação
- Capacidade de definir frameworks, standards e boas práticas de automação, promovendo consistência entre equipas
- Perfil orientado à qualidade, automação e melhoria contínua
- Capacidade de atuar como facilitador e agente de mudança junto das equipas de desenvolvimento
- Boa capacidade de comunicação, colaboração e liderança técnica
