Digital Transformation Lead

About This Role Lead a multidisciplinary team to design, deliver, and scale AI‐enabled digital products that transform customer and employee experiences. You will apply an AI‐first mindset—using generative AI, agentic AI, automation, and data—to redesign workflows, improve decision‐making, and create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Execution : Transform digital transformation priorities into clear initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes aligned with business goals. Project Leadership : Lead a portfolio of initiatives, providing direction, removing blockers, and ensuring high‐impact solutions that are scalable and maintainable. Optimize Customer Journey : Design and deliver AI‐enabled customer experiences, personalizing and automating engagement while embedding efficiency across employee touchpoints. Data‐Driven Decision‐Making : Use analytics and business intelligence to identify optimization opportunities and guide technical execution. Operational Execution & Prioritization : Drive timely delivery, apply prioritization frameworks, and foster a high‐performance environment focused on high‐impact outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement : Build alignment with senior management and cross‐functional teams, ensuring transparent communication and proactive dependency management. Change Management : Develop adoption plans, address resistance, and advocate responsible AI practices to support new tools and processes. Team Management : Coach, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary delivery team, providing feedback and performance guidance. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate technology, adoption, and operational risks in partnership with legal, security, and compliance functions. Financial Oversight : Track budgets, recommend capacity trade‐offs, and manage cost variances. Quality Assurance : Define and monitor project quality standards and conduct regular reviews. Vendor & Partner Management : Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Innovation & Technology Evaluation : Assess emerging technologies and recommend experimentation or scaling opportunities. Qualifications Hands‐on experience applying generative AI, agentic AI, and AI‐powered automation to deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience leading cross‐functional teams in embedding AI within digital products, platforms, or internal workflows. Strong competency in advanced analytics for actionable insights, personalization, and customer/employee optimization. Familiarity with fast‐evolving AI technologies and judgment in selecting tools that drive business value. Experience building AI literacy, influencing adoption, and ensuring safe usage. Critical‐thinking ability to analyze complex problems and make evidence‐based decisions. Customer‐facing or product‐oriented experience with strong empathy for user needs. Fluency in English (spoken and written) and stakeholder‐management skills. Proven experience leading development teams in an agile environment and collaborating with UX, engineering, QA, and business teams. Strong grasp of digital transformation principles, customer experience design, SaaS platforms, and translating business needs into technical actions. Coaching mindset and commitment to developing talent and building resilient, empowered teams. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, etc.); master's or certifications in product management, digital transformation, or AI preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, product management, technology delivery, consulting, or customer experience, including leadership of cross‐functional initiatives.
