Perfil Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Telecomunicações, Sistemas de Informação ou área similar; Experiência comprovada na gestão de projetos de infraestrutura crítica; Experiência em projetos de cloud privada e/ou IaaS; Experiência em ambientes de virtualização e Data Center; Experiência na coordenação de equipas técnicas multidisciplinares; Experiência na gestão de fornecedores e parceiros externos; Conhecimentos de governance, gestão de risco e gestão de migrações complexas; Capacidade de compreender arquiteturas técnicas e os impactos das decisões tecnológicas; Forte capacidade de organização, liderança e comunicação; Certificações PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum ou Cloud (valorizadas); Conhecimentos de Apache CloudStack, VMware, BSS/OSS ou ambientes MSP/Telco (valorizados). Responsabilidades Liderar o programa de implementação de uma nova plataforma cloud baseada em Apache CloudStack; Definir roadmap, milestones, governance e plano global de execução; Coordenar equipas técnicas internas e parceiros externos; Garantir o alinhamento entre objetivos técnicos, operacionais e de negócio; Coordenar as fases de design, implementação, testes e migração; Acompanhar workshops técnicos e validação da arquitetura da solução; Garantir a entrada em produção da plataforma e a sua operacionalização; Definir e acompanhar estratégias de migração de clientes e serviços; Gerir riscos, dependências, bloqueios e planos de contingência; Assegurar reporting regular aos stakeholders e comité executivo; Garantir a continuidade de serviço durante todo o processo de transformação tecnológica.
