In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for French-speaking users, helping them resolve hardware, software, and network challenges. The Role Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues for French-speaking customers. Step-by-Step Guidance: Walk users clearly and patiently through advanced installation processes, driver updates, and configuration fixes via phone, live chat, and email. Incident Management: Replicate complex technical bugs, document hardware malfunctions, and elevate unresolved issues to Tier 2 engineering teams. Database Documentation: Maintain highly detailed and accurate records of system diagnostics, customer queries, and applied solutions in the internal ticketing database. Working Model & Location Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work Model: Full-time, 100% on‐site role based in a state‐of‐the‐art, high‐tech corporate office hub.
