What you'll do Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels – chat, email and phone; Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain; Provide pre and post-sales support to enhance clients' experience; Identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads' delivery issues; Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and pro-actively communicate to clients on progress; Pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions; Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering. What you'll need Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2); Good knowledge of English (minimum C1); Computer skills (mandatory basic skills and preferential advanced skills like coding); Be emphatic and helpful; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed; Fast learner capacity; Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
