Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a skilled Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia. This opportunity is ideal for individuals fluent in Portuguese who are eager to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed swiftly and satisfactorily.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service updates.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and service quality.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in Sofia and adapt to the local work environment.
