Telesales Representative (Italian Speaking)

We're looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team in Lisbon. If you enjoy helping customers, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
About the Role
As a Telesales Representative, you will handle inbound calls, present products and subscriptions, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Present products and subscriptions clearly
- Close sales over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell
- Answer questions and identify customer needs
- Handle objections, complaints, and doubts
- Maintain positive customer relationships

Working Conditions
- 40 hours/week
- 8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break
- Rotational schedule
- Mon–Fri: 07:00–19:00
- Sat: 08:00–17:00
- Portuguese public holidays apply
- Compensation day if you work on a holiday
- Training: 10 working days in English
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary 1240.66 €
- Holiday bonus = 1 month salary
- Christmas bonus = 1 month salary
- Additional allowances paid monthly
- Training compensation included in training agreement

For candidates moving to Lisbon from more than 100 km away:
- Flight refund to Lisbon
- One free annual flight to your home country
- Corporate accommodation for at least 14 months
