ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a French fintech company that builds tailored financial software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe. From their Innovation Centre in Braga, they're growing a team of talented engineers who thrive on solving complex, high-impact challenges. Working within an agile environment alongside developers, product managers, and business leaders, you'll help design new features, improve existing applications for speed and usability, and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise. As a senior team member, you'll also contribute to process improvements and future project proposals.

- 6+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, with strong knowledge of project architecture and continuous integration/development tools

- Solid experience with Linux (RedHat)

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented team managing concurrent projects
- B2 English (Upper Intermediate) or higher
