Estamos à procura de um(a) IT Recruiter com as seguintes responsabilidades:
- Aquisição de Talento: Identificar, atrair e gerir o pipeline de talentos altamente qualificados, com foco em posições estratégicas e especializadas.
- Relacionamento com Stakeholders: Trabalhar de forma próxima com Business Managers, garantindo um entendimento claro das necessidades de recrutamento.
Requisitos
- Experiência em Recrutamento, preferencialmente em ambientes corporativos ou de consultoria.
- Competências em estratégias de atração de talento e ferramentas de recrutamento.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, negociação e construção de relacionamentos.
- Conhecimento das melhores práticas de recrutamento e das tendências do mercado de trabalho.
- Orientação para Resultados.
- Pro-atividade e autonomia na gestão de funções.
Nível Experiência
- Júnior Recruiter - até 2 anos de experiência
- IT Recruiter - Entre 2 a 4 anos de experiência
- Sénior Recruiter - Entre 5 a 8 anos de experiência
Pacote Salarial e Benefícios:
- Júnior Recruiter - 1.200€ + SA + Prémios de Negócio e Benefícios em vigor
- IT Recruiter - 1.350€ - 1.450€ + SA + Prémios de Negócio e Benefícios em vigor
- Sénior Recruiter – 1.650€ - 2.000€ + SA + Prémios de Negócio e Benefícios em vigor
