What you will be doing Manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments, including Dell storage platforms, Veeam backup solutions and Windows/Linux server environments. Monitor system performance, capacity and availability to ensure optimal service delivery. Investigate and resolve incidents remotely, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures where possible. Handle service requests, user administration and access management activities. Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of infrastructure platforms and related technologies. Configure monitoring tools and alerts to proactively detect and respond to incidents. Execute backup, recovery and data protection activities, ensuring business continuity requirements are met. Contribute to security controls, system hardening and compliance activities across managed infrastructure. Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles. Collaborate closely with technical teams, customers and service managers to deliver high-quality support and continuous improvement. Participate in an on-call support rota when required. You will ideally have Experience administering enterprise infrastructure environments, including servers, storage and backup platforms. Hands-on experience with Dell storage technologies (PowerStore, Unity, PowerMax or similar). Experience managing Veeam Backup & Replication environments. Knowledge of Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies such as VMware. Understanding of system monitoring, performance analysis and capacity management. Experience with user account administration, permissions management and security best practices. Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with wider technical teams. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. English level B1/B2 is valued but not essential. Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation.
