Hotel Sales Representative - Lisbon

Arnage Group is expanding its international hotel group and is looking for a Hotel Sales Representative to develop Lisbon as an exclusive territory.

This is a B2B sales role for someone who understands the hotel industry, enjoys meeting decision-makers and is good at building relationships with hotel owners and General Managers.

The Role

You will identify independent hotels that could benefit from joining Arnage, contact and meet hotel owners and General Managers, present the opportunity, and guide suitable hotels through the process of joining.

You will be responsible for developing your territory and building a network of hotel relationships across Sweden.

Arnage is an international soft-brand hotel group for independent hotels. We have 10 hotel brands covering different hotel types and market segments, from luxury and premium to lifestyle, midscale, economy and extended stay.

Joining Arnage is straightforward. Hotels keep their existing name, signs, website and brand. There is no rebranding, no change to hotel operations and no complicated technology integration.

Each hotel gets a personal Revenue Manager who works directly with the property.

After a hotel joins, you remain its primary contact at Arnage. You stay close to the hotel, maintain the relationship and help ensure the hotel gets value from its membership.

Existing relationships with hotel owners and General Managers are a strong advantage.

You should be entrepreneurial and professional, comfortable meeting senior decision-makers in person and motivated by developing your own territory.

Fluency in Portuguese and good English are required.

Compensation

You earn 15–30% commission on the membership fees paid by hotels you bring to Arnage.

Importantly, you continue to receive your commission every month for as long as the hotel remains a member.

First you bring the hotel on board. Then you look after the relationship.
