People Experience & Communications Specialist (All Genders)

Role We are looking for a creative and proactive People Experience & Communications Specialist to strengthen our employer brand and create engaging experiences for our employees. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, People Operations, Benefits & Rewards, and Finance to plan and deliver engagement initiatives, internal communications, employer branding activities, and People projects throughout the year. Your Tasks Employee Experience & Engagement: Manage the annual Employee Experience roadmap. Plan and deliver employee events, engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and internal campaigns. Gather employee feedback and help continuously improve the employee experience. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns. Build partnerships with universities and external organizations. Coordinate participation in career fairs and employer branding events. Internal & Corporate Communications: Manage main internal communication channels. Create newsletters, presentations, announcements, and communication materials. Develop engaging content that keeps employees informed and connected. Manage the company's corporate social media channels to strengthen both employer brand and corporate communications. People Team Support: Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related activities as required. Provide creative and project support across the People & Operations area. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Around 2 years of relevant professional experience. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience planning events and engagement initiatives. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Experience creating presentations and communication materials. A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital design platforms for content creation and communication is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities. Experience working in a technology-driven environment is a plus.
