Este pode ser o desafio perfeito, se tiveres:
- Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência em engenharia de software, plataformas digitais ou sistemas distribuídos.
- Experiência comprovada na construção e operação de sistemas de AI em produção, não apenas protótipos ou research.
- Conhecimentos sólidos e práticos de machine learning, deep learning, generative AI e large language models.
- Experiência com padrões de uso de LLMs (ex.: RAG, embeddings, agentes).
- Experiência prática em MLOps/AIOps, incluindo pipelines CI/CD, model monitoring e observability.
- Experiência com cloud pública, preferencialmente AWS, e serviços de AI/ML associados.
- Forte base em engenharia de software, incluindo version control, APIs, testes automatizados e práticas DevOps.
- Conhecimento de temas de qualidade de modelos, validação de outputs, segurança, privacidade e FinOps em AI.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma, resiliente e hands-on em ambientes complexos e ágeis.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e colaboração com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio.
- Regime híbrido em Lisboa, obrigatório residir em Portugal.
