Quality Control Engineer Junior - Campo
Na Job&Talent, estamos a recrutar um Quality Control Engineer Junior para integrar uma indústria internacional em expansão na zona metropolitana do Porto. Este profissional terá como missão garantir a qualidade dos produtos e processos, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos aplicáveis e promovendo a melhoria contínua.
Horário de trabalho
- De segunda a sexta-feira das 9H às 18H
Remuneração
- 1500.00 EUR mensal
Requisitos essenciais para Quality Control Engineer Junior
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia da Qualidade, Materiais, Mecânica, Industrial, Química ou área similar
- Experiência prévia ou estágio em controlo de qualidade ou ambiente industrial
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão da qualidade (ex.: 5S, 8D, Ishikawa, PDCA)
- Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico
- Experiência na análise e tratamento de não conformidades
- Nível intermédio de inglês
Requisitos desejáveis para Quality Control Engineer Junior
- Conhecimentos de sistemas de gestão da qualidade, nomeadamente ISO 9001
- Conhecimentos de materiais compósitos e fibra de carbono
- Noções de análise estatística e ferramentas de resolução de problemas, como os 5 Porquês e o diagrama de Ishikawa
- Capacidade de análise, atenção ao detalhe, organização e sentido de responsabilidade
Responsabilidades da função para Quality Control Engineer Junior
- Acompanhar e verificar a qualidade dos processos de fabrico de componentes em fibra de carbono
- Apoiar a inspeção de matérias-primas e produtos acabados
- Identificar e registar não conformidades, colaborando na análise de causas
- Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de procedimentos e planos de controlo
- Colaborar na preparação de auditorias internas e externas
- Monitorizar indicadores da qualidade e participar em iniciativas de melhoria contínua
Localização : Campo. A posição está situada na zona metropolitana do Porto.
