Electrical Construction Manager

Job title: Electrical Construction Manager Location: Sines, Portugal Salary: Up to €110,000 per annum Package: Accommodation, flights and vehicle Working hours: 55 hours a week Job type: Permanent (No contractors) Rotation: 17/4 Key Responsibilities Develop and implement detailed construction plans, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning. Coordinate the procurement and installation of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements. Lead and manage electrical subcontractors, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project standards. Monitor and enforce site health, safety, and environmental requirements, promoting a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle. Implement robust quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all electrical installations meet required standards and specifications. Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to maintain programme milestones. Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and support cost-control initiatives throughout the construction phase. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements Trade background or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering , Electrical Construction , or a related discipline. Proven experience in an Electrical Construction Manager , Senior Electrical Supervisor , or comparable site leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV systems , electrical infrastructure, installations, and construction sequencing. Demonstrated experience managing electrical subcontractors on large-scale industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data centre projects. Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and results-driven approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
