A Randstad Digital encontra‐se a recrutar um Customer Success Manager (French Speaker) para uma multinacional francesa no Porto. Trabalho híbrido (2 dias presenciais e 3 remotos no Porto) ou 3 dias por mês para candidatos de Lisboa. responsabilidades chave Gerir uma carteira de clientes estratégicos, promover a adoção do produto, garantir a satisfação e identificar oportunidades de crescimento. Preparar e liderar reuniões de revisão de serviço, incluindo relatórios de eventos, incidentes, problemas em curso, pedidos do cliente, análise de causa raiz e acompanhamento de faturação/consumo. Identificar e acompanhar oportunidades comerciais, auxiliar na análise de novas necessidades dos clientes e coordenar orçamentos complementares. Garantir que os clientes maximizam e medem o valor do seu investimento, com elevados níveis de adoção e satisfação. Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipa de Vendas para identificar oportunidades de expansão. Garantir que o software (SaaS) está operacional e cumpre os SLA's. Desenvolver e manter relações sólidas e de confiança com os interlocutores, desde os utilizadores operacionais até ao nível C-Level (executivos). Representar o cliente internamente, sendo o ponto de contacto entre clientes e equipas, comunicando as necessidades de forma clara e influenciando as melhorias do produto e as decisões de roadmap. Colaborar com os clientes e com as equipas de Vendas, Produto e Técnica para assegurar a utilização ideal da solução. Elaborar e acompanhar planos de progresso. Facilitar workshops para partilhar roadmaps de produtos relevantes para as necessidades e planos a longo prazo do cliente. Gerir o ciclo de vida dos contratos, renovações e negociações chave. Gerir situações de escalamento de clientes durante o horário de expediente. Trabalhar com o Marketing para destacar casos de sucesso (success stories) de clientes. competências Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Ciências da Computação, Sistemas da Informação, Gestão de Projetos ou área similar (preferencial). Experiência sólida em consultoria ou serviços profissionais num fornecedor de software, e/ou experiência comprovada em Customer Success Management ou Service Delivery. Conhecimentos de processos de supply chain, EDI, desmaterialização ou faturação eletrónica. Nível avançado em Francês (obrigatório).
