Estamos à procura de um(a) especialista em Gestão da Mudança e Coaching para integrar um projeto estratégico de elevado impacto no setor financeiro numa empresa internacional.
Esta função terá um papel central na criação e desenvolvimento de uma unidade de consultoria interna em Portugal, liderando iniciativas de transformação complexas e de grande escala. MissãoLiderar e desenvolver uma unidade de consultoria interna em Portugal
Traduzir visão estratégica em planos de ação concretos
Conduzir projetos de transformação complexos, garantindo resultados tangíveis
Contribuir para a criação e crescimento da equipa local Principais Responsabilidades
Definir e implementar estratégias de gestão da mudança em projetos estratégicos
Garantir a adoção da mudança por equipas e stakeholders
Realizar coaching individual e de equipa para reforço de competências de liderança
Desenvolver relações de confiança com stakeholders sénior e influenciar decisões
Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de metodologias, serviços e boas práticas
Participar ativamente na construção da área de consultoria interna em Portugal Perfil Procurado
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gestão da mudança e coaching certificado
Experiência comprovada em projetos de transformação organizacional complexos
Experiência em contexto de consultoria (valorizado criação de equipas)
Conhecimento do setor financeiro (preferencial)
Experiência em ambientes internacionais
Fluência em inglês e francês (obrigatório) Condições
Regime híbrido (presença no cliente cerca de 8 dias/mês)
Local Porto
Horário 9h18h
Remuneração base compatível com a experiência profissional
Projeto inicial de 6 meses, renovável
Contrato a termo incerto em regime de outsourcing
