Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD), 6 months

Schedule:  Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Days Off: Weekends

€2,000 Welcome bonus! (paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year.)

What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email , providing professional and empathetic support.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policies, and coverage options .
• Assist customers with policy cancellations and related requests.
• Support insurance brokers by handling and directing their inquiries accurately.
• Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Access and update customer information using internal systems.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude, including in challenging situations.

What We're Looking For

• Italian: Native/C2 level, both written and spoken.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Previous customer service experience ; insurance experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional and reliable approach to customer interactions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and different software systems.
• A proactive, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
