À propos du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Service Advisor francophone pour rejoindre une équipe internationale basée à Porto. Vous serez en charge de la relation client (téléphone, email, chat) en français, pour le compte d'une entreprise reconnue dans son secteur. Poste à pourvoir rapidement avec intégration prévue dès juillet 2026.
Missions principales
- Répondre aux demandes clients par téléphone, email et chat, en français
- Résoudre les problématiques clients avec professionnalisme et efficacité
- Assurer un suivi de qualité et garantir la satisfaction client
- Mettre à jour les bases de données CRM
- Respecter les KPIs et objectifs de qualité fixés
Profil recherché
- Français courant (natif ou C1/C2) exigé
- Excellent relationnel et sens du service client
- Première expérience en service client appréciée (débutants acceptés selon profil)
- Disponibilité immédiate, idéalement déjà résident(e) à Porto
- À l'aise avec les outils informatiques
