Our client is a well-established technology services and consulting organization supporting major enterprises across complex digital transformation initiatives. As part of its continued growth strategy, the company is looking to strengthen a key business area and further expand its market presence through strategic leadership and business development.
Lead the growth of a high-potential Telco & Media business, driving strategic sales and market expansion. Work closely with senior leadership while building key client relationships and delivering business growth.
Description
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Telco & Media business, driving revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, strategic accounts and long-term partnerships across domestic and international markets.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, ensuring sustainable account growth.
- Lead complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations, delivering against ambitious business targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer requirements with delivery capabilities and business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to support the continued growth, performance and positioning of the business unit.
Profile
- Proven experience in B2B technology sales, business development and commercial leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the Telecommunications sector, with an established network of industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Successful track record in selling technology services, consulting or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, negotiating strategic agreements and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong strategic, commercial and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage at C-level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of autonomy and a results-oriented approach.
- Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
