Are you a Dutch-speaking problem-solver with a knack for helping customers? We're looking for a Technical Customer Support professional to deliver clear, accurate support across multiple channels and help resolve customer concerns with care and efficiency! ✨
Duties & Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions across phone, email, live chat & social media
Provide clear, accurate information following company policies & procedures
Assist with general questions, product/service info, and basic technical support
Respond to incoming requests and accurately document case details
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to resolve concerns & close cases
Manage a personal queue of service tickets, prioritize tasks, follow supervisor guidance
Offer feedback to improve service processes and support team knowledge sharing
✅ Requirements
Native/fluent Dutch (verbal & written), fluent English (B2 minimum)
Strong verbal & written communication across phone, email, chat, social media
Basic understanding of customer service principles & standard procedures
Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot with guidance
Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
Effective problem-solving skills, collaborative team player
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
