Descrição da Vaga:
Estamos à procura de um Site Manager experiente e proativo, com um forte perfil elétrico, para supervisionar a construção e comissionamento de um projeto de Baterias (BESS - Battery Energy Storage System) integrado num parque fotovoltaico em Portugal. Esta é uma oportunidade única para se juntar a uma equipa dinâmica e contribuir para um projeto de vanguarda no setor das energias renováveis.
O candidato ideal possuirá um conhecimento profundo de sistemas de Baterias e projetos fotovoltaicos, com experiência comprovada na gestão de obras e na coordenação de equipas. A capacidade de realizar a posta em marcha (commissioning) dos sistemas elétricos e de BESS é crucial, dada a natureza técnica desta função.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Gerir e supervisionar todas as atividades no local (site) do projeto, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, orçamentos e padrões de qualidade. ️
- Coordenar e liderar as equipas de construção, subcontratados e fornecedores. ♀️♂️
- Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de segurança, saúde e ambiente (HSE) no local de trabalho. ️
- Planear e executar a posta em marcha (commissioning) dos sistemas elétricos e de Baterias, assegurando o seu correto funcionamento e desempenho. ⚡
- Monitorizar o progresso da obra, identificar potenciais riscos e implementar medidas corretivas eficazes.
- Gerir a logística de materiais e equipamentos no local.
- Colaborar estreitamente com a equipa de engenharia e gestão de projeto para resolver questões técnicas e operacionais.
- Assegurar a comunicação fluida com todas as partes interessadas, incluindo clientes, autoridades locais e equipas internas.
- Elaborar relatórios de progresso detalhados e manter a documentação do projeto atualizada.
Requisitos Essenciais:
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica, ou área similar.
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência profissional comprovada em gestão de obras, preferencialmente em projetos de energias renováveis.
- Experiência prévia indispensável em sistemas de Baterias (BESS) e projetos Fotovoltaicos. ☀️
- Perfil técnico elétrico sólido , com capacidade para realizar a posta em marcha de equipamentos e sistemas elétricos.
- Experiência prévia em projetos realizados em Portugal ou conhecimento aprofundado da normativa técnica e regulamentar portuguesa.
- Capacidade de liderança, gestão de equipas e excelentes competências de comunicação.
- Proatividade, capacidade de resolução de problemas e pensamento crítico.
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projetos (MS Project, etc.) será valorizado.
- Fluência em Português (falado e escrito).
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em Portugal.
