Advanced Product Manager - Digital Trust

You: 

We are looking for an  Advanced Product Manager with a strong customer focus and a passion for building great products to join us in this exciting journey and orchestrate the definition and execution of Feedzai’s Digital Trust Product vision & strategy. 

As a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager at Feedzai you will play a crucial role in the development of our Digital Trust solution. You’ll be working across Research and Labs, Engineering, Data Science, Business and Design, and Feedzai customers. Understanding both the technical and business side of Feedzai’s Digital Trust product solution, you will be responsible for developing technologically advanced capabilities that utilise device, behavioural biometric and cyber threat intelligence signals to build out a persistent re-identification of customer trust / customer threats, and autonomously drive and scale the Digital Trust roadmap.

You will be a self-starter with an ability to think strategically, act pragmatically, and have the tenacity, energy and passion to innovate and implement change within the time and resource constraints of a quickly growing startup environment. Furthermore, serving as an advisor to cross-functional and customer-facing teams within Feedzai, and customers themselves, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Digital Trust solution is responsive to changing technology standards and real-world problems. Keeping up-to-date with new threats, new trends and new techniques in signal gathering and processing you will help drive the development of Digital Trust capabilities around Network, Device and Malware related analysis and detection, and help ensure their practical real-world application and usability.

Your Day to Day: 

• Research and analysis of key risks within the digital fraud landscape; analysing, developing, building and testing new detection capabilities that utilise data and risk signals from device, behavioural biometric and cyber threat intelligence to recognise user persistency, threat indicators and behavioural anomalies.
• Develop product scope and definition for features on the Digital Trust product roadmap, bridging gaps across Product, Platform, Data Science, and Operations to ensure long-term scalability and that technical and PRD documentation is managed through initiation to completion.
• Be responsible for actively managing customer feedback through a documented and tracked REQ’s process, promoting resolution through the roadmap and providing evidence to demonstrate that key customer requests are progressing into the Digital Trust product releases.
• Align diverse stakeholders on complex decisions, establishing signed-off Team Goals to ensure that Product, Customer, and Industry requirements are referenced and documented in the roadmap, escalating where necessary any deviation from these requirements in the development lifecycle.
• Manage complex dependencies crossing multiple team boundaries, optimizing initiatives for cost efficiency, operational burden, and time-to-value across the engineering development team, ensuring all contributors are clear on the scope of feature delivery, and the role that the feature plays within our wider Solution ecosystem.  
• Partner with cross-functional teams and key internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritise and align product roadmap.
• Lead the Continuous Planning lifecycle and Roadmap, reporting back to leadership on progress and post-live feature adoption (Research, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc).
• Work with UX/UI Designers, utilise product analytics to develop a deep understanding of user behaviour and identify opportunities for rapid experimentation and product enhancements.

You Have & You Know-how: 

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity/Cyberdefence, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar technical field; equivalent practical experience with a proven track record in a directly relevant domain (e.g., fraud prevention) is highly welcome.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management for an AI-centric or Cyber Intelligence product, or platform with exposure to Behavioral Biometrics, Bot Detection, Device Tracking and/or Malware signals and Intelligence.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver a roadmap with modern software development practices.
• Comfortable presenting complex technical and AI concepts with precision to leadership and customers, with strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Passionate about working in a fast paced environment and to grow and achieve stretch goals.
• Inquisitive and keen to further develop your subject matter knowledge and domain expertise.
• Able to provide guidance, direction and set measurable team goals based on data, monitoring and tracking these to ensure adherence to.

You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
