We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum master with SAFE

Seniority: Senior-level (5+ years)

Type of position: Full Remote from Portugal. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Mandatory experience working with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) for at least 2–3 years.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and Lean practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Agile management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to coach teams and Product Owners towards Agile excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory) – written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Agilist certification.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, or other large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management, or DevOps practices.
