Responsibilities Lead/assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, especially Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Onboarding with a bonus if you have experience in Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Opportunity Marketplace. Able to map As‐Is & To‐Be Processes. Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Best Practices. Customize the system to align with organizational processes and policies. Manage user permissions and roles within the Talent Management modules. Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements. Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements. Able to provide training to HR teams on system functionalities. Create training materials and user guides. Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues raised by users. Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Participate in system upgrades and testing. Plan and manage projects related to the deployment or enhancement of SuccessFactors Talent modules. Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases (Check in Release notes, Prepare test scripts, Communicate changes to HR leads, etc.) for Talent Management modules. Requirements Education level: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Management, and Information Technology. Professional experience: 3‐5 years of experience in the same function. Minimum of 3 years of experience in end‐to‐end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules. English language: professional level. Analytical and problem‐solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of Spanish and French languages is a plus.
