Occupational Health and Safety Technician (M/F)

We are currently strengthening our team with an Occupational Health and Safety Technician (M/F) , who will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of environmental, hygiene & safety, and sustainability requirements associated with our operations (R&D Unit, Production Units, and Headquarters). Responsibilities: Implement policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements; Implement normative requirements for the certification of an integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety management system; Conduct regular environmental and safety audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards; Execute environmental and safety training programs to ensure teams are aware and empowered; Prepare incident reports, investigate accidents, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences; Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered according to established quality standards; Participate in defining Quality and Sustainability goals and monitor progress toward those goals; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Technical or higher education in Environmental Engineering or related fields; 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the field; Solid knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and standards - ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (preferred); Proven experience in environmental and safety roles, preferably in the industrial sector (pharmaceutical, chemical, and/or food).
