Carpenter

As a Skilled Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and installing various structures made of wood such as cabinets, furniture, and building frameworks. You will use your expertise in reading blueprints and following technical specifications to ensure accurate and precise work. Your duties will also include selecting and purchasing materials as well as maintaining tools and equipment. Responsibilities Construct, repair or install structures made of wood. Ensure accuracy by following blueprints and technical specifications. Select appropriate materials for each project. Measure and cut materials to desired specifications. Assemble components using hand or power tools. Repair or replace damaged parts. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate with clients or other construction professionals as needed. Requirements High school diploma/GED required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred. Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role (preferably 3+ years). Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools. Excellent math skills for measurements and calculations. Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects and work on feet for long periods. Attention to detail with focus on quality workmanship. Safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of proper safety procedures. Effective communication skills. Salary 1400$ per month. Location Braga, Portugal. Portuguese nationality preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
