Your Impact As a Senior Payroll Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of payroll-related accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare payroll-related journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analyses Prepare monthly journal entries and support balance sheet reconciliations for payroll-related accounts Coordinate payroll-related payment activities with internal stakeholders Process and reconcile payroll-related invoices while liaising with relevant teams Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasting reports and payroll-related reporting Support payroll operations through the maintenance and validation of payroll-to-GL mappings Assist with payroll and statutory audits, providing documentation and supporting audit requests Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and insights for management Support monthly payroll metrics and reporting activities What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 3 to 6 years of experience in Payroll Accounting, Payroll Operations, Accounting, or Finance Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles Experience preparing payroll reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reports Familiarity with SOX controls and international payroll processes Experience with multi-country payroll systems such as CloudPay or ADP Experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite Previous experience supporting payroll audits and preparing audit documentation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy Advanced English Preferred Profile Results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and integrity Detail-oriented and highly organized Energetic team player who enjoys building strong relationships across teams Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment Compensation Senior Payroll Accountant Competitive salary between 2,900 and 3,400 gross/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
