Curricular Internship - Testing

At Hexa, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support IT talent acquisition for consulting and outsourcing contexts across different technology areas. In this role, you will help identify, engage and assess qualified professionals, working closely with internal teams to understand project needs and contribute to a strong, trust-based recruitment experience. What you will do Source and attract IT professionals through job platforms, social media, networking, referrals and direct outreach. Screen, interview and assess candidates according to role requirements, technical context and values alignment. Manage recruitment processes from initial contact to candidate presentation, ensuring clear communication and follow-up. Partner with internal teams to understand project needs, role expectations and priority skill areas. Share relevant market insights and candidate recommendations with hiring stakeholders. Support feedback sessions and contribute to a transparent, respectful candidate experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs across key technology areas. Nurture relationships with passive candidates and help strengthen Hexa's presence in the IT talent market. What we are looking for At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in IT outsourcing, consulting or technology-driven environments. Experience sourcing and assessing profiles such as developers, engineers, analysts or similar technical roles. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time. Professional working proficiency in English. Compensation transparency Base salary range: EUR 19 000 – EUR 29 000 gross/year Total compensation: up to EUR 30 000/year The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
