Database Engineer

What You'll do: Design and evolve relational database schemas aligned with scalable SaaS architectures. Optimize complex SQL queries and their execution plans. Define and continuously improve indexing strategies. Diagnose performance bottlenecks, deadlocks, and concurrency issues. Monitor and tune high-load transactional systems. Collaborate in CI/CD processes and database deployments. Support cloud and Linux database environments. Contribute to reliability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies. Who You Are: Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server, including knowledge of the database engine. Advanced SQL skills, with a focus on query optimization and performance. Deep understanding of indexing strategies and execution plans. Proven experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues in production. Strong knowledge of transactions, concurrency, and isolation levels. Experience with large volumes of data and high-load systems. Familiarity with databases running on Linux environments. Nice to have: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Amazon Aurora. Knowledge of replication and read replica strategies. Experience with AWS (RDS, Aurora, EC2). Familiarity with .NET Core and .NET Framework ecosystems. Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core and ORM optimization.Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
