The Role As a CRM & Adobe Campaign Specialist, you will work at the intersection of marketing operations, technology, and customer engagement, leading CRM campaigns that drive business impact and customer experience. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and play a key role in campaign governance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. Job location: Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid) Contract type: Employee Target start date: ASAP Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000/year Note: All applications (CVs) must be submitted in English. Your Impact Lead the execution and coordination of CRM marketing campaigns. Act as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and campaign operations team. Monitor campaign performance and delivery KPIs. Produce campaign reports and performance insights. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency. Support and mentor junior CRM Campaign Assistant(s). Ensure campaign quality, consistency, and compliance with established processes. What Makes This Role Challenging You will balance operational delivery with stakeholder expectations. You will coordinate multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. You will mentor junior team members while maintaining delivery excellence. Campaign ownership requires strong autonomy and accountability. What We're Looking For Must-haves Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or related field. 5+ years of experience in CRM Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Automation. Hands‐on experience with Adobe Campaign. Experience managing end‐to‐end campaign delivery. Strong expertise in campaign targeting, segmentation, and execution. Experience with KPI monitoring and campaign reporting. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (B2 minimum). Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal. Nice-to-haves French language skills. Previous mentoring or team leadership experience. Advanced reporting capabilities. Exposure to international marketing environments.
