Senior Account Manager – Portugal We are looking for a Senior Account Manager based in Portugal who will lead our most strategic customers into the AI‐first era as a trusted advisor to C‐suite leaders. The role focuses on selling and positioning OutSystems as the foundational platform for Agentic AI solutions, and on driving AI transformation for accounts. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary lead for sales opportunities within assigned strategic accounts, positioning OutSystems as the foundational platform for Agentic solutions. Build credibility by understanding how AI, automation, and low‐code can solve specific industry challenges and drive executive‐level KPIs. Own the strategic account plan and quarterly business reviews, shifting conversations from "maintenance" to "AI‐driven expansion." Create and deliver high‐impact proposals to C‐level decision‐makers that highlight the ROI of AI‐powered software lifecycles. Partner with GSIs and specialized AI boutique partners to expand the OutSystems footprint and integrate our platform into the client's broader AI tech stack. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions architects, Customer Success and Partners to ensure clients successfully adopt new AI capabilities and features. Qualifications Progressive enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of handling complex, high‐value deal cycles. Strong understanding of the current AI landscape (GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic workflows) and ability to translate technical concepts into business value. History of consistently exceeding revenue targets, placing consistently in the top 10‐20% of performers in a high‐growth environment. Demonstrated ability to build deep rapport with C‐suite stakeholders and act as a challenger to their status quo. Expert‐level command of enterprise sales processes and forecasting (e.g., MEDDPICC, Force Management). Trusted, innovative, and driven by a customer‐success mindset.
