Your new role

As a ServiceNow Practice Lead, you will take ownership of the organisation's ServiceNow platform, driving its strategy, governance and continuous evolution. Acting as both a technical leader and trusted advisor, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure the platform effectively supports current and future business needs.

You will be responsible for leading a dedicated ServiceNow team, overseeing platform architecture, development initiatives and operational excellence, while promoting best practices, innovation and scalability across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Proven experience leading ServiceNow initiatives as an Architect, Practice Lead or Team Lead

• Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, CSM and HRSD

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and development

• Experience defining governance models, platform standards and optimisation strategies

• Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management best practices

• Experience managing technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise application ecosystem

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist AI will be considered an advantage

• ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Developer or Implementation Specialist) are highly valued

• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English communication skills
