Role Overview:

Through phone, email, chat, and social media channels, you will provide personalized support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer interaction reflects a high standard of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist customers with account management, password resets, billing inquiries, subscriptions, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot device, software, and account-related issues while providing clear and effective solutions
• Guide customers through product features, settings, and best practices to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach while handling inquiries and resolving concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within internal systems
• Collaborate with specialized support teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous service improvement by sharing customer feedback and process enhancement ideas
• Stay up to date with product updates, new features, and support procedures through ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
