O ComparaJá.pt é uma plataforma gratuita e independente de comparação de produtos financeiros e serviços essenciais, a atuar como Intermediário de Crédito certificado pelo Banco de Portugal. Aliamos tecnologia e consultoria especializada para simplificar a tomada de decisão das famílias em Portugal.
Estamos a expandir a nossa equipa de parcerias. Procuramos um Account Representative Junior com um perfil híbrido: forte capacidade comercial para angariar e dinamizar novas parcerias, combinadas com o rigor operacional necessário para a gestão documental e acompanhamento de processos.
- Desenvolvimento de Negócio: Identificar, prospetar e angariar novos parceiros no setor imobiliário (agências e consultores).
- Criação e Gestão de Carteira: Acompanhar e dinamizar a rede de parceiros atuais através de contacto regular e formação sobre as nossas soluções de financiamento.
- Gestão Operacional e Backoffice: Analisar e organizar a documentação dos processos de crédito, garantindo a sua conformidade e rapidez de tratamento.
- Controlo de Performance: Monitorizar o fluxo dos processos do início ao fim, garantindo o cumprimento de KPIs e elevadas taxas de conversão.
O Perfil que Procuramos
- Experiência: Mínimo de 1 ano em vendas B2B, gestão de contas ou funções de suporte operacional/backoffice no setor financeiro/imobiliário (Não é um fator eliminatório).
- Organização e Detalhe: Capacidade analítica para validação documental e rigor na gestão de processos.
- Comunicação: Excelentes competências relacionais, foco na persuasão e capacidade de negociação.
- Orientação para Resultados: Proatividade, resiliência e foco no cumprimento de objetivos comerciais.
- Escolaridade: Mínimo 12.º Ano (valoriza-se licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou áreas similares).
