What will you do?

• Ensure the high availability and optimal performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to maintain a low number of major incidents.
• Define and execute controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and associated plugins, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with teams responsible for administering technical components such as Linux servers, databases, and load balancers.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise, ensure comprehensive technical documentation, and participate in Atlassian configuration governance.

What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience administering Atlassian solutions (Jira and Confluence), with at least 3 years specifically in Atlassian Data Center environments.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure, including its integration with various applications like ServiceNow or Splunk.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, investigate root causes thoroughly, and recommend effective permanent solutions and workarounds.
• Experience in managing platform lifecycle, including defining and executing upgrade plans and maintaining plugin compatibility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational rigor, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level is mandatory; French (A1-B2) and Atlassian-related certifications are considered a strong plus.
