HR Payroll Specialist - French Market

This role is an opportunity to become a key player in the employee experience for one of the biggest multinational companies in the industrial sector. What will you do? End-to-End Payroll Management: Taking full ownership of the payroll cycle for our French-speaking employees. Employee Advocacy: Acting as the go-to expert for queries regarding taxes, social security, and labor law. Data Integrity: Managing and auditing HR data within our state-of-the-art systems. Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with the global HR team to optimize processes and implement best practices. Who we look for Fluent in French (C1/C2) and strong command of English. Previous experience in Payroll or HR Administration (knowledge of French labor law is a huge plus). You believe that "the little things" matter, especially when it involves people's salaries.
