YOUR ROLE:Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team, ensuring best practices and high quality standards.Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in on premise and or hybrid environments.Develop, optimize, and monitor ETL processes.Integrate multiple data sources: SQL, Oracle, MySQL, IBM Informix, among others.Develop data solutions using Python, delivering reliable data models and reports.Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all solutions.YOUR PROFILE:More five years of experience as a Data Engineer, including work in on premise environments.Strong Python skills and hands on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, NiFi, SSIS).Experience with relational databases; NoSQL knowledge is a plus.Proven ability to design data models and support reporting requirements.Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent communication skills and a strong results driven mindset.
