Are you a proactive and dynamic professional with a passion for finance? Do you speak Italian and have an eye for detail and a knack for building strong, trusting relationships?

You will be the bridge between the company and the external partners, ensuring relationships are strong and based on trust.

Your key responsibilities will include

Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships
Monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring payments are made on time to avoid penalties
Performing regular reconciliations between internal records and supplier statements
Efficiently investigating and resolving any discrepancies or billing issues
Collaborating with third-party providers to ensure timely processing of all financial documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.), while ensuring compliance with internal policies
Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the Procure-to-Pay cycle. Preparing supplier performance reports and key process KPIs.

For the Procure to Pay Analyst position, we're looking for a professional with the following

Academic Background A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting, or solid relevant work experience.
Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or a related finance role.
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, proficiency in the Procure-to-Pay cycle, experience with accounting software, especially SAP
Languages Fluent English and Italian;
