O cliente atua na área da mobilidade elétrica.
O/a Product Owner integrará uma equipa responsável pela evolução dos produtos e plataformas de interoperabilidade que suportam a comunicação e integração entre diferentes operadores, modos de transporte e plataformas de pagamento.
Será responsável por definir a visão do produto, gerir o roadmap e assegurar que as soluções desenvolvidas respondem às necessidades dos utilizadores, dos operadores e das restantes partes interessadas.
Principais responsabilidades
- Definir e comunicar a visão e estratégia dos produtos de interoperabilidade de bilhética e pagamentos, alinhando-a com os objetivos da organização;
- Gerir e priorizar o backlog do produto, assegurando a maximização do valor entregue ao negócio e aos utilizadores;
- Levantar, analisar e especificar requisitos funcionais em articulação com operadores de transporte, autoridades de mobilidade, fornecedores tecnológicos e restantes stakeholders;
- Traduzir necessidades de negócio em histórias de utilizador, critérios de aceitação e requisitos funcionais claros para as equipas de desenvolvimento;
- Definir e acompanhar o roadmap do produto, garantindo o alinhamento entre prioridades estratégicas, capacidade de desenvolvimento e necessidades operacionais;
- Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares (tecnologia, arquitetura, operações, negócio e parceiros externos) ao longo de todo o ciclo de vida do produto;
- Validar funcionalidades desenvolvidas, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos funcionais, regulamentares e de qualidade;
- Acompanhar a implementação de novas funcionalidades e a integração com sistemas de terceiros, promovendo uma adoção eficaz das soluções;
- Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho do produto e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua;
- Apoiar a elaboração de cadernos de encargos, requisitos funcionais e documentação de suporte à contratação pública e à execução de projetos;
- Identificar tendências tecnológicas e de mercado nas áreas da mobilidade, bilhética digital, interoperabilidade e pagamentos, propondo iniciativas de inovação;
- Participar em grupos de trabalho nacionais e internacionais relacionados com interoperabilidade, bilhética eletrónica e Mobility as a Service (MaaS).
Perfil desejado
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia Eletrotécnica, Economia/Gestão ou outras áreas relevantes;
- Experiência profissional entre 5 e 10 anos em gestão de produto, análise funcional, gestão de projetos ou funções equivalentes;
- Conhecimentos no desenvolvimento e/ou arquitetura de sistemas de informação;
- Experiência na definição de requisitos funcionais e gestão do ciclo de vida de produtos digitais;
- Experiência em sistemas de bilhética (back-office, validadores, central clearing) - valorizada;
- Experiência no setor de pagamentos (processamento de transações, PCI-DSS, integração com sistemas bancários) - alternativa equivalente;
- Conhecimentos em metodologias Agile (Scrum, Kanban ou similares);
- Experiência na interação com múltiplos stakeholders;
- Experiência no setor público ou em projetos com entidades públicas.
Competências Técnicas
- Conhecimentos de arquitetura de software (microserviços, APIs REST/SOAP);
- Conhecimento de normas de interoperabilidade de bilhética (EMV Contactless, Calypso ou equivalentes);
- Familiaridade com protocolos de comunicação e segurança em sistemas de pagamento;
- Capacidade de elaborar documentação técnica de alto nível (diagramas de arquitetura, especificações funcionais, TDRs).
