Na MANGO procuramos um/a Assistant Store Manager para a nossa loja em Portimão. Nesta função, terás um impacto real no negócio, visibilidade junto da direção regional e a oportunidade de liderar equipas de alto nível.PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gerir equipas e desenvolver talentos, motivando e formando a equipa da loja.
- Impulsionar resultados comerciais através da análise de KPIs (vendas, conversão, ticket médio, produtividade, stock).
- Garantir uma experiência excepcional ao cliente e a apresentação correta do produto na loja.
- Coordenar recursos, stock e planeamento de turnos para maximizar a eficiência.
- Participar ativamente na estratégia da loja e na consecução de objetivos locais e regionais.
SOBRE TI
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano como ASM em retalho de moda de alto volume.
- Liderança comprovada com equipas grandes e dinâmicas.
- Perfil analítico, comercial e orientado para resultados.
- Paixão pela moda e afinidade com o universo MANGO.
- Residência em Portimão ou disponibilidade para se mudar/deslocar diariamente.
