A Hexa Consulting procura um Gestor Operacional para integrar um projeto no setor bancário. As responsabilidades incluem liderar a monitorização de serviços, garantir a qualidade de serviço e gerir fornecedores. O candidato deve ter um mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em operações de IT, preferencialmente em ambientes críticos do setor financeiro, e conhecimentos em ITIL são valorizados. A posição é em regime híbrido, com presença de 3 vezes por semana nas Amoreiras em Lisboa.
