OES Buyer Trainee

Your mission, roles and responsibilities We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our OES Purchasing team. In this role, you will contribute to supplier management, cost optimization, and operational purchasing activities, gaining hands‐on experience in an international industrial environment. Main Responsibilities Launch RFQs to suppliers, perform offer comparisons, and support execution Contribute to the identification and implementation of OES cost reduction actions (product, process, MOQ) Support the Supply Chain team in securing supplier delivery performance and quality Support supplier panel management and help prepare data for negotiations Contribute to reporting activities, spend analysis, and data management (Excel-based) Assist in the preparation and follow‐up of open order requests Your profile and competencies to succeed Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Engineering, or a related field Fluent in English Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint First experience in an industrial environment is a plus (not mandatory) Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and in a structured way What we can do for you Learning environment with online and in‐person training through FORVIA University (average 22 hours).
