Descrição:
Maximizar a receita e a ocupação do portefólio através de pricing dinâmico (PriceLabs), gestão de disponibilidade e estratégia de distribuição pelos canais.
Principais responsabilidades:
Definir e ajustar preços dinamicamente em todas as propriedades via PriceLabs
Gerir disponibilidade, restrições e estadias mínimas
Definir estratégia de promoções e sazonalidade
Gerir distribuição pelos canais (Booking, Airbnb e outros OTAs)
Analisar ADR, RevPAR, ocupação e performance por propriedade
Propor ajustes de estratégia com base em dados de mercado e concorrência
Reportar performance de receita a CEO/COO
Perfil que procuramos:
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em revenue management (hotelaria ou alojamento local)
Experiência prática com PriceLabs ou ferramenta equivalente de pricing dinâmico é essencial
Forte capacidade analítica e à-vontade com dados e KPIs
Conhecimento de PMS/channel manager é valorizado
Perfil autónomo e proativo, confortável a gerir um portefólio alargado sozinho
Fluência em português; inglês valorizado

Experiência mínima de 2 anos em revenue management (hotelaria ou alojamento local).
Experiência prática com PriceLabs ou ferramenta equivalente de pricing dinâmico é essencial.
Forte capacidade analítica e à-vontade com dados e KPIs.
