A sua nova função
Terá como principais responsabilidades:
- Liderar e desenvolver equipas de engenharia elétrica em ambiente industrial e de projeto;
- Definir a estratégia técnica, standards e melhores práticas da área;
- Garantir o desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções elétricas alinhadas com os objetivos de negócio;
- Coordenar projetos multidisciplinares em estreita colaboração com restantes equipas de projeto;
- Promover a inovação, melhoria contínua e desenvolvimento de talento;
- Assegurar o cumprimento de requisitos técnicos, de qualidade, segurança e performance.
- Formação superior em Engenharia Eletrotécnica ou área similar;
- Experiência consolidada na liderança de equipas de engenharia elétrica;
- Inglês fluente;
- Perfil de liderança inspiradora, orientado para resultados e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
- Integração numa organização de referência, com forte aposta em inovação e tecnologia, assumindo uma posição estratégica com elevado impacto no negócio e reais perspetivas de crescimento.
