YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for creating and updating vendor master data in our backend systems and Procurement Platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• You act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across all systems to mitigate financial risk
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders and occasionally with suppliers to resolve any issues related to supplier details
• You support data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data
• You assist with various aspects of supplier management to enhance procurement operations

• Soft Skills:  You are detail-oriented with a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style
• Organizational Skills:  You are self-organized and demonstrate strong responsibility in your tasks
• Background:  You have a general understanding of purchasing and invoicing processes
• Work Style:  You bring efficiency to the operative processing of incoming tickets
• Tools/Systems:  You have solid knowledge of MS Office
• Language:  You are proficient in both German and English for email processing
