Senior SailPoint IAM Engineer: Lead Integrations

We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Engineer. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals on a strategic project leveraging SailPoint, one of the industry's leading identity governance platforms. This role offers a collaborative team environment, continuous learning opportunities, and certified training in advanced IAM concepts to help you grow your expertise in digital identity. Prior hands-on experience with SailPoint is required to succeed in this role. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Proven experience in designing and delivering SailPoint solutions, including custom development and integrations. Strong programming skills (Java or similar). Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors and integration with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services. Solid understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management, provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC). Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration and automation. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001). Experience in team management is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, customization, and deployment. Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, rules, and policies to support business needs. Integrate SailPoint with diverse systems and applications through APIs, web services, and custom connectors. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless IAM integration. Ensure alignment with IAM best practices, regulatory compliance, and security standards. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development guidelines and frameworks. Support automation initiatives for IAM processes to enhance scalability and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
