Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating content published on an e-commerce platform, including product listings, images, descriptions, reviews, and seller-generated content. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all content complies with platform policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations, helping to maintain a safe and reliable marketplace for buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review product listings, descriptions, images, customer reviews, and other marketplace content to ensure compliance with platform policies
- Identify and remove prohibited, misleading, fraudulent, or low-quality content that may negatively impact user experience
- Apply moderation guidelines consistently while making objective and well-informed decisions
- Monitor seller and customer-generated content to maintain marketplace integrity and trust
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases according to established procedures
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of content
- Collaborate with internal teams to support platform safety, compliance, and operational objectives
- Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and turnaround times
- Stay informed about platform policies, e-commerce regulations, industry trends, and emerging marketplace risks
- Contribute feedback and recommendations to improve moderation processes, tools, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish (C1/C2)and English (B2) .
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card .
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
