Senior HR Generalist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will play a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle while partnering with managers and employees to deliver HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.

• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, internal movements, and offboarding.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, from defining hiring requirements to sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate journey.

• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent providers to support hiring needs.

• Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, helping resolve workplace issues while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Ensure adherence to local labour legislation and internal HR guidelines.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, safeguarding confidentiality and data accuracy.

• Assist with compensation and benefits administration activities.

• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and help identify training opportunities across the organisation.

• Support performance management processes, including objective setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

• Contribute to employee engagement programmes and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

• Prepare HR reports and analyse key people metrics to support decision-making.

• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR and contribute to broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Experience using HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work autonomously.

• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.

• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
